F Series

FR, FF, FK and FS Helical Geared Motors, characterised by a compact structure, light-weight, high torque and excellence performance.  Our new range of drives has the advantage of design and manufacture based on a modular system, which can meet customer requirements in terms of connection and installation.

Manufactured with a strong, rigid case and premium alloy-steel gears which are hardened by carbon penetration and ground precisely to give stable running, low noise, high load, low consumption, efficient transmission, low temperature rise and a long service life.

All models are available as motorised, direct coupled units, or with IEC, NEMA or Servo adaptors.

Double and triple reduction stages for slow speed, high torque applications offering flexibility across the complete range to meet all application demands.

Options include, Solid and Hollow Shaft versions, Torque Arm, Shrink Disc, Rubber Buffer, Backstop and optional Flanges.

Interchangeable with most market brands.

Our BH range of Helical Gear units feature extremely low backlash, low noise level, modular design and sealed for life in most sizes. Other in the range comprise BHW, Helical Worm, BHB, Helical Bevel and BHS Shaft Mounting Gear units all available with close coupled motors, IEC, NEMA or Servo adaptors.

Our BHB Helical Bevel Gear units are available with torques from 50 Nm to 10,000 Nm with a modular design and uniform speed and powers throughout the complete range.
